Payment Statements

Our global store will display product pricing in three currencies: USD, EUR, and GBP. At checkout, the cart charges will be shown in the currency that matches your location:

EUR for European markets

GBP for the UK market

USD for all other countries

Troubleshooting payment errors

 

For new or recently reissued cards, the card needs to be activated first.

Always check the card details, the card type (Masters card, Visa, etc.), card number, and expiration date.

Omit any dashes and spaces between numbers.

Ensure you have a sufficient credit limit. If not, please check with your card issuer.

If you have exceeded your daily spending limit for your debit card, please check with your card issuer.

If everything seems correct, but you're still unable to purchase. Check with your card issuer, as they might need to give you authorization.

If all else fails, try again with a different card.

 

Account Verification

To ensure a smooth transaction and prevent any delays in your order, ensure that the billing address for your order and credit card account match. If you have recently moved to a new address or are unsure of your billing address, please contact your credit card issuer to confirm.

 

Security Codes

If you are unsure where to locate your credit card’s security code. There is a unique three or four-digit number located at either the front or the back of your credit card.
