On May 21, all the rewards for backer 1-6440 were handed over to the logistics companies, which means WE HAVE FULFILLED OUR FIRST KICKSTARTER PROJECT! Another milestone was made! We reached it with your support and encouragement! Thank you, all backers!

We are all about the Revopoint product fulfillment here at updates. However, there are a wealth of user showcases and stories worthy of your attention in our forum. Today, we are going to put the fantastic models scanned by our users in the spotlight.

Delivery for Backers filled survey after May 10

After sending all rewards out, we informed backers lack of delivery information to fill their survey. It was expected to collect the survey before May 25 and send out the rewards before May 31. However, some backers failed to provide their address information at the given time. After contacting these backers, we plan to deliver the reward next week to backers filled surveys from May 8 to June 11.

Delivery of “Missing” Parts

While backers received their POP scanner, some issues need to pay attention to. We are sorting out and resolving these problems recently.

1. For parts failed to deliver:they contain parts lost during FedEx’s transportation and delivery, parts returned by customs for failing to contact recipients, and parts we shall send another POP to backers. On June 20, these rewards are expected to send out.

2. For Mobile Kit:Shipment for battery-related parts will be next week.

But in certain regions, such as Indonesia, Israel, New Zealand, Switzerland, and Brunei, only few agencies support battery-related shipment, so we decide to refund backers in these regions and countries.

Invoice Update
