Thanks for shopping at Revopoint 3D. We are thrilled that you've picked us. And we want to ensure you have a rewarding experience while exploring, comparing, and buying our products, whether as a gift, for work, or yourself.
Some terms and conditions apply to transactions at Revopoint 3D (global.revopoint3d.com). Please note that you agree to the terms set forth below, along with Revopoint 3D's Shipping Policy and Terms of Service, by ordering a product from us.
1. You can request our 14-day no-hassle Return & Refund Service:
Within 14 calendar days of receiving our product.
Reminder: For refund issues, please get in touch with customer@revopoint3d.com first. Otherwise, we may not accept delivery of the package.
Special Note: Refunds or exchanges are not permitted after the software has been ordered.
14-day no-hassle Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:
- It is requested beyond 14 calendar days of receiving a product.
- It is not ordered from global.revopoint3d.com. (Only order numbers starting with a capital R are eligible.)
- A product does not include all original accessories, attachments, or packaging or any item not in a working/reselling condition, i.e., cracks, dents, or scratches.
- Legal proof of purchases, receipts, order numbers, or invoices is not provided or reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
- Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc., show signs of tampering or alteration.
- A product is not delivered to Revopoint 3D within 14 calendar days after the 14-day no-hassle Return & Refund Service confirmation message is sent from Revopoint 3D.

2. You can request our 30-day free Exchange Service:
Within 30 calendar days of receiving our product, it can be exchanged for any other products you prefer.
In the event that the scanner you wish to exchange has a lower value than the desired one, you will be required to pay the difference. However, if the scanner being exchanged has a higher value than the one you want, Revopoint will reimburse you for the difference.

30-day free Exchange Service will not be provided where:
- It is requested beyond 30 calendar days of receiving a product.
- It is not ordered from global.revopoint3d.com. (Only order numbers starting with a capital R are eligible.)

Instructions
- If you would like to apply for a Return & Refund, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your product(s). If you would like to apply for an Exchange, please contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your product(s).
- Contact Revopoint 3D's support at customer@revopoint3d.com using the email address you registered on Revopoint 3D's Online Store, and provide the following information:

Serial Number:
Return/Exchange Product Name & Quantity:
Reason for Return/Exchange:
Images or Videos of Products and Intact Packaging:
- We will process your return, refund, or exchange application within one or two working days of receiving your email.
- Return Shipping
Customers need to pay for any return shipping to the designated return center (including cross-border and international shipping costs, if applicable), with some exceptions:
If the goods received are damaged or not correct.
If the goods are confirmed defective by the Customer Service Team.
Then the consumer is not required to pay the shipping fee.
Processing Time
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. Depending on the bank or credit card issuer, the refund process will be completed in 7-14 business days. In some instances, up to 30 business days will be taken.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have not received a refund, please give it 24 hours before rechecking your bank account. If the issue persists, you should contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is displayed.

Exchange Processing Time
An exchange will be processed within 2 working days after the product has been confirmed received by the Customer Service Team.
