Are the shipping costs for sending samples included in the service fee?
No, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the sample to and from our premises.
Where should I send my sample?
Revopoint customer service center will contact you within 3 working days of you completing the order form.
Are there any restrictions on the samples that can be sent?
We suggest declaring a lower value and noting the consignment as a test sample. Confirm the product name and customs code with us before dispatching to ensure smooth transport and import clearance in China.
If the scan of the sample fails, can I request a refund of the service fee?
Refunds are only issued if our technology cannot capture the sample's geometry. Subjective quality preferences, like damaged samples or falling short of personal expectations, do not qualify for refunds.
Will participating in this promotion entitle me to a discount on a scanner purchase?
Yes, 50% of your sample testing fee will be credited toward a scanner purchase.
How long is the discount valid for purchasing a 3D Scanner?
The discount is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your voucher.
How will my sample be returned to me once it's been scanned?
When filling out the form, you can select options such as 'no return required', 'return with the purchased scanner', or 'return immediately'; however, you will be responsible for the delivery costs.
